The most ordered item is still the standard 2 inch blind in the routed construction. Routed being the blind slats with holes for the lifting cord. Now the variation of the 2 inch blind does seem to split somewhat between the wood blind and the faux wood blind. Woods are always the top of the line, premium choice due to the lighter weight which makes for smoother operation and not to mention the stained color choices. Faux wood on the other hand is tougher and is available in flame retardant materials, an issue important depending on the application. When ordering blinds for your house, style and color are two of the most important choices you will have to make. If you don't get the match you are looking for then, odds are, you are not going to be happy with your purchase.
