August Heat Wave 2008

Okay, I cannot testify for the northern most States, however summer August 2008 for the southern United States looks to be an absolute sizzler! Especially Texas! Luckily we have some regular rain to water the nature and give temporary coolness to some days, yet just enough to bring down that 101 degree to a WHAT? comfortable 96 with humidity.

Folks this energy thing ain't goin away. It started long ago and has risen steadily since. Some years we get a little break, but you know well as me. We are not seeing No break since last year. Some wages are keeping up, yet most are not. Even if the earnings increase you have to spend it on the ever increasing price of products. Even when money is not an issue. Do you really want to continue giving the dollars away to the power providers?

Get a little green. Don't go ballistic, just consider a cellular shade for the green effort as well as an actual reduction in the heat and cold penetration into your living space that will result in lesser dollars spent to cool and heat.

AND KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED!!! Somebody comes in force them to pay part of the bill. Nobody comes in ..... you just plain loose money. Crime is not the basic reason for the closed door anymore.
